1. December din nangyari ito, nag crash yung server ng customer due to hardware failure, and our engineers said the failed parts need to be replaced. Order pa sa Singapore so it would take some time. Siyempre the customer is asking our company for temporary measures habang di na narepair yung server. The decision was made to lend the company a workstation that would allow them to continue their work in the meantime. Ayun, Christmas Party namin sa office pero ako nagtatrabaho transferring programs, customer files and databases to the workstation.

2. Pilot ng aming tellering software sa isang bank branch sa Pampanga. After the branch closed Friday night umpisa na ng trabaho encoding customer info and balances sa system. Walang tulugan kasi the bank must open on Monday. Kada 100 customers verify totals, manual versus computer totals. Pag nag match OK, pag may maling encoding hala sagad ng review. Finished encoding Sunday evening kaya naka idlip ng konti. Monday morning dinagsa kami ng bank customers eh di pa sanay yung mga tellers kaya dumami ang tao sa bangko hahaha. Monday evening balanse na kami mga 8 pm. Di pa rin makatulog because we had to fix some bugs para sa Tuesday mas Ok na yung system. Tuesday evening na ako nakatulog nang maayos.
