since i was young maybe about the age of a kindergarten, i started playing computer already (snes, sega, ps, nes., etc). when i was on grade 5, we already have computer lessons... the first OS i got my hands on was windows 3.1.
in highschool, im already curious on how to install a software to the computer, i always go to the comlab.
when i graduated at highschool, my mother was the one who suggested that i would take comsci since i am fond of computers. way back then, i dont have a computer. tambay ako ng internet cafe, it became my training ground. (this is where i learned hacking).
i graduated a 2 year course but took me 3 years at hindi comsci kung di IT (this is due to laziness). may subject kasi sa school na na bobored ako kaya di ko pinapasokan ang lesson, i only go to that subject during exam, well of course you know the outcome. (sub. eto ng ms office - word, excel, access, etc...)
pag graduate ko, i started my job at an internet cafe (this is the experience ground). most of my time, i spend it reading articles / definitions about computer (networking, programming, logic, etc...), then i apply what i have learned to the cafe itself, since my boss allows me to do the maintenance...
at 2007, naka pasok ako sa isang Local Gov't Unit, i further enhance my knowledge... this is also where i have enhanced my programming skills. (the LGU developed an in-house programmers, i was one of them). more likely ako ang taga debug ng code of my fellow programmers. ako din ang taga hanap ng exploit on their code and suggest counter-measures.
im now a software development eng, but still, im in the process of learning... malawak pa ang pwedeng matutunan...
as long as you know the basics of programming at flow ng logic... your good... malayo pa ang mararating natin... you could also jump from one language to another, may certain time nga lang for adjustment.
